The thing I remember most about my brother-in-law was his smile and small chuckle. I could see a pure, genuine, clarity of joy express itself before my eyes. He was man of few words. But in those moments I felt the yin and the yang of life. I had to be satisfied with the Terry that he shared, which in my case was little, yet much, if I took the time to see. His demeanor was such that he could  walk into any Publix in Florida and within in a week, be buying freshly baked pie for a ‘reduced for quick sale’ price from the lady behind the counter. Kathryn and I are grateful to have a some of his bowls that he made later in life. We find ourselves often taking a moment a think about him when we make a salad or serve some nuts. I miss you brother-in-law. I miss you Terry Easter. I wish you a rebirth Happy Birthday. See you soon.
